We ship via UPS to destinations in the USA and Canada. If you live outside of these areas, please contact us directly for shipping arrangements.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 24 hours of placement. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Return Policy:
Returns: Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Please follow these guidelines to be sure your return can be processed:
1. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
2. Please call 304.647.4007 or email us at: admin@hazelboutique.com for a Return Authorization. Items without a Return Authorization cannot processed.
3. SALE items are eligible for store credit or exchange. A refund cannot be issued for SALE items.
